Parkway Hotel And Suites

Location was good, convenient. Parking good. There was no clothes rack in the room. The room was large, but the bathroom was really, really small. No ice machine.

The first room we checked into had standing water in the tub and a dirty washcloth in the tub. We then asked for a new room and was disappointed again we walked into our new room and almost past out from the paint fumes. The light above the sink did not work. ...read more

The lady that worked 2nd shift was a little rude, she tried to charge me for the room after it had been paid by Priceline. Also there was no hot water in the shower, it was luke warm or cold.

For the convenience this hotel was a great value. The only problems were the beds were terribly uncomfortable and the entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Over all this was not a good hotel. The ceiling, the carpet, even the sheets were not clean. The room smile like cigarette, although it was a non smoking room.

If you are going for a short trip, this is the perfect place to stay. Within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and decent for the money. The beds were hard but other than that ok. Very convenient to everything.

I would not stay here again.

The staff was relatively friendly more so in person than by phone but they were very helpful with directions. The hotel was in terrible need of structural attention (new paint, wallpaper, ceilings etc) and the bedding was not changed once during my stay. The water was very difficult to manage the temp and pressure it changed continuously thought our showers and ran brown for several seconds every time you turn it on overall I would say it was somewhere inexpensive to sleep at night certainly not the best choice for my honeymoon.

This was about the worst hotel I have stayed in. The beds were low and swayed, hole in the wall, stained carpets, a general lack of repair. The door had obviously been kicked at some point and was bent. I listed a few items to the front desk for repair and I got a blank stair with the comment, 'Sorry have a nice day'. ...read more
